Terms & Conditions

  • All installments must be paid before 10th of each month.
  • All payments and installments must be paid through payees account by cheque / pay order / demand draft in favour of project.
  • Electric/Gas/Water connection charges (including meter deposits) and documentation Registration charges/Fees for lease charges will be paid extra by the allottee/buyer on demand.
  • In case of cancellation, booking & allocation amount shall be non refundable.
  • The allotment of the plot shall remain provisional until full payment is received by the Company.
  • All documents will be valid subject to regular payments as per agreed schedule and will be adjusted at the time of final payment.
  • All extra charges will be payable within 90 days from the date of booking.

Do not deposit the amount (money) in any other account other than the company account.
